Launching Southwest HR

This is the very first blog for Southwest HR, and the beginning of a brand new year. There is so much we have planned for 2018 that it blows my mind. I find myself jotting down random ideas and thoughts, scribbling various logos on napkins, and bailing up random strangers in the street to tell them my ideas. I am actually amazed that I haven't been arrested yet, so I really take that as a good sign.

I have had wonderful support from family, friends, and random street strangers (but I think they may be humouring me while subtly making their escape), but of course I wouldn't have made it this far without a few special people, and one in particular. Thank you to all from the tippy toes of my heart.

This year I have lots planned, from an Ebook, to monthly HR chat meetups, to online training and interactive engagement sessions and I am truly excited to be launching Southwest HR in 2018. There are networking functions to be part of, and hopefully a larger event later this year hosted by Southwest HR. My to-do list looks like Santa's naughty list, so I really had better get a wriggle on. Looking forward to updating you all soon.
